Bridget Schneider
Selected as “The Student of The Year “2025”
Bridget Schneider, a Carpentry student from Ludlow, is the daughter of Cara and Ronald Schneider. Bridget, a John and Abigail Adams scholarship winner, will be honored along with 53 other vocational/technical students at Mechanics Hall in Worcester from 5:30-9 pm on April 10th at the 39th annual Outstanding Vocational Technical Student Awards. During the past three years, she has displayed a heightened level of maturity that is uncommon for someone her age. This has led to a “Most Improved Student of the Year Award” as well as numerous “Student of the Month” awards, and has greatly contributed to her being selected as the schools’ “Skills USA” president for the past two years. This National Honor Society student is also an Eagle Scout who possesses a love of community, which is evident in her five-year commitment to volunteering and eventually becoming an employee at the Hubbard Library in Ludlow. She has also played on the girls’ softball team, starting at second base for the past few years. Bridget will seek to advance her education in the fall at either UMASS Lowell, Boston, or Dartmouth, where she’ll study either environmental or construction management.
