Enter your e-mail on the next page firstname.lastname.number@lpctec.org). If you don’t know it or this doesn’t work, ask any teacher or counselor at LPVEC/CTEC.
You use your email so only LPVEC or CTEC students can report. Your e-mail is blocked and cannot be seen by anyone.
The Principal Director of CTEC and the Director of Student Services are the only people who see the report.
Include as much information as possible, especially who, what you saw, where, and when.
