Massachusetts Girls in Trade Conference

Fourteen girls from the Career TEC Carpentry and Facilities Maintenance program attended the 10th annual Massachusetts GIrls in Trades Conference that took place at Dean Technical High School on November 20, 2025. 

Career TEC was one of 20 participating schools from Western Mass that participated in this exciting networking and informative event designed just for girls in the trades

This event was part career fair with tables from various apprentice programs and contractors, and part conference with workshops for students and educators. The student workshops were a terrific opportunity for students to hear from and meet union tradeswomen
